Accor’s Pullman brand will make its debut in East Africa in June with the opening of Pullman Hotel Nairobi Upper Hill.

The 162-room hotel will target both the business and leisure markets, featuring state-of-the-art meeting and events spaces, along with a fitness centre, a heated outdoor pool and a brasserie restaurant.

The hotel is located in the Kenyan capital’s financial district, a 15-minute drive from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

Pullman Hotels & Resorts Director of Sales and Marketing, Susan Waringa, said “We’re excited about the opening of Pullman Hotel Nairobi Upper Hill, catering for the needs of the hyper-connected business and leisure traveller. With a focus on immersive art design, food and beverage, fitness, and smart interaction, we’re poised to offer dynamic services and experiences.”

“We eagerly anticipate the opportunities ahead and are committed to collaborating with stakeholders in the hotel industry to enhance Kenya’s tourism sector,” said Waringa.

The introduction of the Pullman brand adds to Accor’s other offerings in Kenya, which include three Fairmont properties, the Mercure Nairobi Upper Hill, Mövenpick Hotel & Residences, Gem Forest Hotel & Spa and ibis Styles Nairobi Westlands.
