Sunshine Coast-based Altura Travel Group has launched a tech-integrated representation model designed to change how Australian travel professionals work with global destination management company (DMC) partners.
Founded in 2025 by Brett Harvey, Altura is positioning the model as a response to a common trade pain point: converting operational B2B quotes into accurate, client-ready and web-ready B2C content that matches an agency’s brand and formatting.
Altura currently represents DMC partners including Travel Neutral (Vietnam), SGA Travel (Türkiye), Wild Travel (Morocco) and Earthen Experiences (Indian Subcontinent). Sidewalk Africa Travels is scheduled to join the portfolio from 1 February 2026, expanding coverage into Southern Africa.
Quote “transformation” built into the workflow

Altura says its process applies quality assurance and operational checks to every DMC quote, reviewing it against the original brief and correspondence before restructuring the material into sales-ready assets.
The company says the workflow refines pacing, checks logistical timing and improves narrative flow for the Australian market, then rewrites the content to align with each agency’s preferred language, style and presentation.
Outputs are delivered in formats designed for immediate use, including clean HTML for websites, formatted plain text for backend loading, and editable documents in Word and Google Docs.
Altura claims the process can cut rework from hours to around 15 minutes, freeing up product and sales teams to focus on converting enquiries.
Vetting framework and Trade Hub for partner transparency
Altura’s model also includes a structured “Six Pillar Vetting Framework” applied to all DMC partners, covering areas such as insurance and licensing, operational and safety standards, crisis management, guide qualifications, financial terms and service standards.
Partner profiles and resources are hosted in a password-protected Altura Trade Hub, which also includes a sample itinerary vault, destination planning guides for 2026 and 2027, and a DMC Project Builder designed to improve the briefing process and reduce back-and-forth.
