&Beyond has expanded its Botswana offering with the launch of two new mobile safari camps in the Okavango Delta, creating a seven-night safari circuit that links the Delta with Chobe National Park.
The new properties, &Beyond Sandibe Under Canvas and &Beyond Nxabega Under Canvas, join the recently refurbished &Beyond Chobe Under Canvas, giving trade partners additional options for multi-region Botswana itineraries.
New camps strengthen Botswana safari circuit
Located on the edge of the Moremi Game Reserve, &Beyond Sandibe Under Canvas offers access to game drives, guided walking safaris and community experiences in one of the Delta’s most wildlife-rich areas.
Further west, &Beyond Nxabega Under Canvas focuses on water-based Delta experiences, including mokoro excursions and catch-and-release fishing when seasonal water levels allow. Guests can also take part in game drives and guided bush walks.
Together, the three camps provide a combination of land and water safari experiences across some of Botswana’s best-known wilderness areas.
Small-scale camps with low environmental impact
Each camp has just three safari tents, accommodating a maximum of six guests, reflecting growing demand for exclusive, small-group safari experiences.
The tents feature super king beds, double showers, vanities and running water, while solar-powered infrastructure supports guest amenities including charging facilities, USB ports and Starlink Wi-Fi connectivity.
The camps have been designed to minimise environmental impact while maintaining a high level of comfort for guests exploring remote areas of the Delta.
Growing demand for premium safari experiences
According to &Beyond, the new camps are intended to showcase different aspects of Botswana’s safari landscape, from predator-rich game viewing areas to the Delta’s waterways.
