Bush and Beyond has extended its long-stay savings offer into 2026 and selected 2027 travel periods, providing Australian travel advisors with added value opportunities to drive longer East Africa itineraries.
Discounted long stays encourage multi-camp bookings
The offer provides a 10 per cent discount on accommodation for new bookings made from 19 March 2026, applicable to stays between 1 June and 19 December 2026.
A minimum two-night stay per property is required, encouraging agents to build multi-night, multi-camp itineraries across the Bush and Beyond portfolio.
The broader validity window spans 5 January to 19 December 2026, with the same offer also extended to select 2027 dates, including early-year and late-year travel periods.
Flexible structure supports trade packaging
The offer can be applied across multiple properties within a single itinerary, although some conditions apply.
The Emakoko can be included as part of a circuit, but one-night stays at the property are excluded from the discount, with full rates applying. The 10 per cent saving is instead applied to other qualifying lodges within the same booking.
The promotion cannot be combined with other specials, offering a clear and consistent framework for agents when quoting and packaging.
Long-stay incentives reflect evolving demand
The extension of the long-stay saving aligns with a broader shift in traveller behaviour, with increasing demand for longer, more immersive safari experiences.
For the Australian market, where long-haul travel often favours extended itineraries, such offers provide a practical tool to increase length of stay while maintaining perceived value.
As competition across East Africa continues to grow, structured incentives that reward longer bookings are expected to play a key role in driving conversion and boosting overall yield.
