Federal Airlines launches direct flights to Londolozi Private Game Reserve

Federal Airlines has announced a new direct service connecting Johannesburg to Londolozi Private Game Reserve in the Sabi Sand, offering guests a seamless journey from city to safari.

The daily flight will commence from 1 June 2025, enhancing access to one of South Africa’s most iconic luxury wildlife destinations.

The new route departs Johannesburg’s OR Tambo International Airport at 11:30, arriving at Londolozi at 12:30. The return flight departs Londolozi at 12:45, landing back in Johannesburg at 13:50.

A premium start to the safari experience

Nicole Schickerling, Commercial General Manager – Shuttle at FedAir, said the new service streamlines the guest experience for travellers seeking a luxury safari.

“With FedAir’s new direct Londolozi service, guests will enjoy an effortless transition from city to safari, allowing them to maximise their time in the wilderness while indulging in world-class hospitality every step of the way,” she said.

Exclusive private terminal and lounge access

Travellers departing from OR Tambo will enjoy FedAir’s exclusive private terminal and guest lounge. The facility offers a personalised meet and greet, private security screening, and direct boarding access, ensuring a premium travel experience from the outset.

Guests can relax in comfort with access to gourmet snacks, beverages, high-speed WiFi, shower facilities, baggage storage and an outdoor garden. Complimentary transfers are available between the main terminal, the InterContinental Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport, and FedAir’s private lounge.

Bookings for the new Londolozi service can be made directly through FedAir or via the FedAir online booking system. Members of the public are advised to book through their preferred agent or destination management company.
