Green Safaris launches 2026 SADC rates with exclusive festive season offers

Green Safaris has released its 2026 SADC rates, unveiling a collection of exclusive offers and sustainable adventures across its luxury lodges and camps.

From Zambia’s wild waterways to Malawi’s serene island escapes, the latest rates are now live on the Green Safaris Agent Portal, giving trade partners first access to next year’s special packages.

Bush-to-beach adventures across Southern Africa

Travel agents can now book clients on the Zambezi Adventure Journey — a six-night experience combining the thrill of Livingstone with the tranquillity of the Lower Zambezi. Guests will split their stay between Tongabezi or Sindabezi and Sausage Tree or Potato Bush Camp, enjoying game drives, river cruises and the famous Devil’s Pool swim at Victoria Falls. Rates start from USD 1,800 per person sharing, valid until November 2025 and commissionable for agents.

For travellers seeking barefoot luxury, Kaya Mawa on Malawi’s Likoma Island — named Best African Beach Resort — is offering up to 30 per cent off its festive packages. The 3-night escape starts from USD 1,155 per person sharing, including return flights from Lilongwe, meals, drinks and non-motorised water activities.

Green season highlights and sustainability focus

From December to April, the Green Season offers travellers exceptional value and fewer crowds, as Zambia’s landscapes transform into lush, emerald expanses. Lodges such as Tongabezi, Sindabezi, Ila Safari Lodge and Kaya Mawa remain open during this period, while others, including Sausage Tree, Potato Bush and Shawa Luangwa, close seasonally for conservation purposes.

Green Safaris continues to champion sustainable travel, ensuring that each guest experience directly supports local communities and conservation projects across Zambia and Malawi.

Recognition and community celebration

Green Safaris has received seven nominations at the Zambia Tourism Excellence Awards, including Best Lodge (Tongabezi), Best Safari Lodge (Sausage Tree Camp) and Best Eco Tourism (Green Safaris). Kaya Mawa has also been nominated for the Leading Lodge Award at the Malawi Tourism Industry Awards 2025.

Agents and travellers are encouraged to show their support by voting online to help the group bring these honours home.
