Hilton has expanded its presence in Namibia with the opening of its second hotel in the country, debuting its Hilton Garden Inn brand in Windhoek.

The new hotel, located near the Warehouse Theatre and the National Museum of Namibia, officially welcomed guests on Monday, March 18. Positioned conveniently close to major businesses and just a 45-minute drive from Hosea Kutako International Airport, the hotel offers 66 square meters of flexible meeting spaces suitable for conferences, exhibitions, and social events.

Designed to reflect Windhoek’s rich history and vibrant art scene while offering modern amenities, the hotel also features a fitness centre, self-service laundry facilities, and an outdoor pool.

Amos Mworia, the General Manager of the newly opened hotel, expressed excitement about the expansion into Windhoek, citing the city’s status as a social, economic, and cultural hub of Namibia. Mworia emphasized the hotel’s commitment to delivering reliable and friendly hospitality to both domestic and international travellers seeking an upscale yet affordable stay in Namibia.
