Kenya Airways has signed a new codeshare agreement with domestic carrier Safarilink Aviation, expanding seamless access to nine of Kenya’s most popular safari destinations. The partnership will allow international travellers to book single-ticket itineraries combining Kenya Airways’ global network with Safarilink’s last-mile reach into the Kenyan wilderness.
Under the new deal, Kenya Airways passengers can now connect easily to Safarilink flights serving Amboseli, Maasai Mara, Nanyuki, Loisaba, Samburu, Lewa Downs, Tsavo, Naivasha, and Diani Beach.

“This partnership exemplifies smart innovation, bridging Kenya Airways’ global reach with Safarilink’s expertise in last-mile connectivity to key safari destinations,” said Allan Kilavuka, Kenya Airways’ MD and CEO.
“It supports tourism growth, reduces ground delays, and enhances community empowerment and conservation.”
Safarilink CEO Alex Avedi echoed the sentiment, saying, “Our fleet is built for access to remote airstrips, ensuring travellers can spend more time experiencing Kenya’s natural wonders.”
To further streamline the journey, the airlines are exploring solutions to base Safarilink aircraft at Kenya Airways’ Jomo Kenyatta International Airport hub. Ground transfer services will be available between Jomo Kenyatta and Safarilink’s base at Wilson Airport.
