Kwando Camp has some updates for your clients and is giving agents the chance to experience the product themselves with some famils on offer.

At one of the busiest times of the year, the Reservations Team greatly appreciates all guest details supplied and crucial details to plan an exceptional safari experience for your clients, whether celebrating special birthday treats, allocating rooms for less mobile guests, managing emergencies and allergies, and more.

Please also remind your guests about the Moremi Air weight restrictions (found on the flight rates sheet) as soon as possible before confirmation. Operational safety is a top priority, and Kwando cannot guarantee any discounts on additional seat charges if information that contravenes Moremi Air rules is provided after invoice or close to the travel time.

Addition updates include:

  • Guests can enjoy gowns in all Kwando Camps (except Moremi Crossing)
  • Limited connectivity is being trialled at the camps for messaging and email, with Kwara Camp as the first guinea bush pig
  • Tea and coffee boxes are due in all rooms by April
  • A Chef Trainer has been busy at work rolling out new menus

Please contact us directly if you have any queries.
