LTM expands African portfolio with Enkishui safari camp appointment

Luxury Travel Marketing (LTM) has added Enkishui Safari Camp in Kenya’s Mara Triangle to its representation portfolio, strengthening its East Africa offering for the Australian and New Zealand trade.

The appointment gives the boutique Kenyan property dedicated sales and marketing support in the region, at a time when demand for premium, small-scale safari experiences continues to grow.

Mara triangle location strengthens trade appeal

Enkishui Safari Camp is located on the banks of the Mara River in the southern Mara Triangle, a region known for high-quality wildlife viewing and lower vehicle density compared to other parts of the Maasai Mara.

Operating seasonally from July to November, the camp aligns with peak safari demand, including the annual Great Migration, making it a strong fit for agents selling East Africa’s signature wildlife experiences.

Refurbishment introduces flexible luxury product

The camp has recently undergone a full redevelopment, reopening for the 2026 season with 10 luxury safari tents accommodating up to 20 guests.

A key feature is the introduction of “Little Enkishui”, a private four-tent wing designed for exclusive use by families or small groups, complete with private dining, dedicated guides and safari vehicles.

This flexible configuration allows agents to target both FIT travellers and the growing private group market with a single product.

Representation boosts ANZ market presence

Through the partnership, LTM will lead trade engagement across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on product education, sales support and building awareness among advisors.

The move reflects a broader trend of African safari operators investing in dedicated representation in long-haul markets to drive conversion and improve agent access to product knowledge.

For the trade, the addition of Enkishui provides another high-end, boutique option in the Mara Triangle, supporting more tailored itinerary design across Kenya.
