Luxury Travel Marketing (LTM) has announced it will represent The Residence Collection across Australia and New Zealand, adding the boutique luxury brand to its Africa portfolio of lodges and hotels.
Boutique portfolio across Johannesburg and Victoria Falls
The Residence Collection features a small portfolio of luxury properties across Johannesburg, South Africa, and Victoria Falls in Livingstone, Zambia, united by a focus on personalised hospitality and refined luxury.
The collection includes The Residence Hotel in Johannesburg, located in the leafy suburb of Houghton and offering a tranquil city retreat with easy access to the city’s cultural, shopping and business districts.
In Zambia, the portfolio features Mukwa River Lodge, a family-owned lodge on the banks of the Zambezi River just 20 minutes from Victoria Falls and a member of the Virtuoso network.
The collection also includes Tanyati Villa, a fully equipped private-use luxury villa on the Zambezi River designed for families or small groups seeking exclusive accommodation and personalised service.
Expanding presence in Australia and New Zealand
Edgar Rudge, Managing Director of The Residence Collection, said the partnership with Luxury Travel Marketing marks an important step in expanding the brand’s presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
He said the collaboration will help introduce the collection’s distinctive properties in Johannesburg and Victoria Falls to a broader network of travel trade partners.
