Matthew Smith joins MORE Collection to drive growth

MORE Collection has welcomed a new face to its growing global sales team, with Matthew Smith joining as the dedicated contact for wholesale agents and Africa specialists across the USA and Canada.

Matthew brings more than a decade of hands-on and commercial safari industry experience, having spent 11 years at andBeyond. His career began as a field guide in Southern Africa before transitioning into key sales roles, where he built strong relationships with both wholesale and retail markets in North America. This rare blend of product knowledge and sales expertise is set to add real value for partners in the region.

Strengthening market focus

Matthew’s appointment supports a broader restructuring within the MORE Collection sales team, allowing for greater specialisation across regions and more tailored service for partners. With a refined focus, each team member now offers deeper insights into their assigned markets, creating stronger, more effective partnerships.

“I’ve always admired MORE Collection’s dedication to meaningful, authentic travel experiences,” says Matthew.

“Joining the team feels like a natural next step, and I’m looking forward to forging valuable relationships with our partners in the USA and Canada.”
