South African Airways (SAA) has released early bird promotional fares, which are on sale until 16 September 2024 for travel on select dates in 2025.
The fares are for routes between ADL/BNE/MEL/SYD/PER to JNB/DUR/CPT/PLZ.
Sales period: From 03 September 24 – 16 September 24
Travel period: 01 February 25 – 31 August 25
Class of travel: Economy Return Fares
Fare Basis: GAUSPCL
*Fares are AUD gross excl YR & taxes
**SAA codeshare flights operated by VA are allowed in the same booking class as the international flight
Intra-Africa flights to be booked in “B” class
Economy Class Fare Rules:
Changes: Permitted anytime at a charge of AUD 225 per change exclusive of VAT and AUD 500 for NO SHOW.
Cancellation: Anytime at a charge of AUD 400 cancel/refund. Standby not permitted.
3 stopovers allowed – 1 in JNB each way and 1 in PER.
All fares are subject to availability and change due to currency fluctuations. SAA Airways reserves the right to, at any time, change and/or discontinue these special fares and conditions without prior notice. Subject to same seat availability. Refer to GDS fare displays for full conditions.
Any unused regulated taxes are refundable. There is a service fee of AUD50 on international tickets for new bookings made via the Call Centre.
