Santorini Mozambique holds 2027 rates amid added value push

Santorini Mozambique will maintain its 2027 accommodation rates while introducing a suite of added-value inclusions and updated guest policies, giving travel advisors greater pricing certainty in a competitive Indian Ocean market.

The move comes as many operators face cost pressures, positioning the property as a stable, value-driven option for forward bookings.

Stable pricing supports forward sales

The resort confirmed that rates will remain unchanged for 2027, allowing advisors to confidently quote and secure bookings without the risk of price increases.

Existing offers will also continue, including the “stay four, pay three” promotion, which can be extended for longer stays, and a 10 per cent discount for repeat guests.

A honeymoon offer providing 50 per cent off accommodation for one partner will also remain available for stays of three nights or more from 11 January 2027.

New contribution model strengthens sustainability focus

From 10 January 2027, a US$20 per booking “Positive Footprint Contribution” will be introduced, supporting community and environmental initiatives.

The funds will go towards projects such as daily meals for 500 children at a local primary school, infrastructure improvements and education support.

In addition, the property will continue to donate one per cent of revenue per guest stay to its Santorini Footprints Projects.

Product enhancements add guest value

Guest experience upgrades include the introduction of a new 38-foot catamaran, Gaia, enhancing marine excursions along the Vilanculos coastline.

The complimentary Bazaruto Island excursion for stays of three nights or more has also been upgraded, now including snorkelling at Two Mile Reef and a picnic on the island.

For private villa guests, the experience remains exclusive, while main villa guests will enjoy the excursion on a shared basis.

Family pricing updated for broader appeal

Changes to child pricing will take effect from 11 January 2027, with the child rate extended to ages five to 15, and children under five continuing to stay free.

The revised structure is expected to improve appeal for family travel, particularly within private villa categories.

With stable pricing, added inclusions and a stronger sustainability focus, Santorini Mozambique is positioning itself as a high-value option for advisors packaging luxury beach extensions in Southern Africa.
