Exciting changes are on the horizon for one of Rosebank’s most beloved hotels, as it prepares to rebrand under the globally recognised Hyde Hotels brand. Starting from 1 September 2024, the property formerly known as voco Johannesburg Rosebank will officially become HYDE Johannesburg Rosebank, marking the debut of the Hyde brand in Africa.

Hyde, an Ennismore creation and part of the global Accor hotel group, is known for its vibrant and stylish offerings worldwide. The transition to Hyde Johannesburg Rosebank reflects a strategic move to align the hotel with Hyde’s distinctive brand of luxury and lifestyle experiences.

For guests with existing reservations at voco Johannesburg Rosebank, there’s no need for concern. The hotel’s management has already ensured a smooth transition by meticulously transferring all bookings, including room types, special requests, and stay dates, into the new system. All existing rates and terms will be honoured under the new Hyde management.

The hotel will remain operational throughout the rebranding process, with minimal disruptions anticipated. Guests may notice some updated branding around the property, but the commitment to delivering exceptional service remains unchanged.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our valued clients to the new HYDE Johannesburg Rosebank,” said the hotel’s management. “We’re committed to ensuring that this transition is seamless, providing our guests with the same outstanding experience they’ve come to expect, now under the vibrant and innovative Hyde Hotels banner.”

For any queries or reservation amendments, guests are encouraged to contact the hotel’s dedicated Reservations team at book.johannesburg@hydehotels.com.

As Rosebank continues to grow as a hub of luxury and culture, the introduction of Hyde Hotels promises to elevate the area’s appeal even further, offering a fresh and exciting option for both leisure and business travellers.
