Ynot Concepts has completed a 12-day East Africa famil in partnership with Lemala Camps and Lodges, aimed at strengthening agent knowledge and driving sales across Tanzania and Uganda.
Multi-country itinerary highlights key selling points
The 11-night journey took Australian advisors through Tanzania’s core safari regions, including Tarangire, Ngorongoro and the Serengeti, before continuing to Uganda.
Experiences ranged from elephant sightings in Tarangire and crater explorations in Ngorongoro to close-up wildlife encounters in the Serengeti, complemented by a hot air balloon safari. The group stayed at properties including Lemala Ewanjan and Nanyukie, as well as the newly introduced Osonjoi Lodge.
The itinerary concluded at Wildwaters Lodge on the Nile River in Uganda, adding a contrasting landscape and experience to the traditional safari circuit.
First-hand exposure supports agent conversion
The famil was led by Ynot Concepts and Lemala representatives, with a focus on showcasing logistics, product consistency and the overall guest journey.
