Training sessions available
For those with new team members or looking to refine their selling approach, the Zambezi Queen Collection is offering tailored training sessions with Andrea. These sessions provide key product updates and essential selling points, ensuring agents are well-equipped to maximise opportunities in the year ahead.
Wellness on the water
In an exciting development, the Zambezi Queen Spa is set to launch in March 2025, offering guests an indulgent wellness experience on the Chobe River. Designed with soft greens and natural stone, the onboard spa will provide a calming retreat where travellers can unwind.
A range of treatments, including facials and massages, will be available and can be booked directly onboard, allowing guests to tailor their wellness journey.
Availability remains for select three-night departures in 2025, and agents are encouraged to secure bookings early to ensure their clients experience this luxurious addition to their Chobe River safari.
Namibian visa update
From 1 April 2025, visitors from certain countries will require a tourist visa to enter Namibia. A full list of nationalities requiring a visa is available online.
