Zambezi Queen Collection launches new trade training tools

Zambezi Queen Collection has introduced a new suite of trade-focused resources, including a detailed training video and updated sales materials, aimed at supporting advisors in selling its Chobe River cruise experience.

The update follows recent engagement with partners at We Are Africa and Africa’s Travel Indaba.

New training tools support agent education

The newly released training video provides a comprehensive overview of the guest experience across the collection, covering logistics, inclusions, onboard activities and vessel-specific features.

Designed as a practical sales tool, it can be used for internal training, onboarding and supporting more detailed product conversations with clients.

Updated deck plans for the Chobe Princess houseboats and the Zambezi Queen have also been made available via the trade portal, assisting advisors with group planning and product understanding.

Trade engagement continues post-Indaba

The operator said demand for slower, experience-led travel continues to grow, with river safaris offering a distinct alternative to traditional land-based itineraries.

Zambezi Queen Collection will continue its trade outreach at upcoming events including Experience Africa in London and the Africa’s Eden Travel Show in Kasane, where it is also exploring interest in a pre-show FAM trip.

Namibia visa update flagged for agents

The update also highlights the importance of Namibia’s visa requirements, with the operator encouraging agents to review the latest guidance to support client preparation and avoid travel disruptions.

For the Australian trade, the expanded toolkit provides additional support in packaging Chobe River cruising within broader Southern Africa itineraries, particularly alongside Botswana and Namibia.
