Bench Africa is proud to announce the triumphant return of our inaugural ladies-safari from Kenya.

This safari, designed by women, for women, is a unique and empowering expedition in Kenya. It blends the thrill of safari with a supportive and inspiring environment, creating an unforgettable journey of camaraderie and exploration.

Bench’s maiden journey is earning rave reviews, with participant Julie Stanford saying the tour was “One of the best adventures of my life!”

In her words, Julie said, “I went on a ladies-only tour to Kenya and would highly recommend this trip to anyone who loves nature and animals and discovering new places and cultures. Every day was action-packed as we tried to tick off every animal on the very long list.”

“Our guide and driver went above and beyond to ensure our expectations and questions were met. The accommodation was top shelf and truly amazing. The trip culminated with an optional hot air balloon ride which was just awesome,” Julie added.

“So glad I chose this adventure with Bench Africa, met some lovely ladies and potentially future travel buddies and friends.” Julie concluded.

Embarking on a thrilling journey through Tsavo East, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara, Bench’s “Safari Queens” dived headfirst into a journey of adventure, culture, and wildlife, guided by a Kenyan female tour leader. They all returned with not only cherished memories but also newfound friendships!

In response to overwhelming demand and the resounding success of this maiden voyage, Bench Africa are thrilled to announce the addition of two new departures in 2025! While the 2024 departures are filling up fast, there is still availability. Seize the opportunity to join Bench in the enchanting heart of Kenya for an adventure that guarantees to leave an indelible mark on your heart.
