Dulini enters Botswana with Daunara Safari Camp addition in the Okavango Delta

Dulini is expanding into Botswana with the addition of Daunara Safari Camp in the Okavango Delta, marking the launch of Dulini Botswana and extending the brand’s footprint beyond South Africa and Zambia. The move gives Dulini a presence in one of Africa’s most sought-after safari regions as it looks to grow its conservation-led luxury lodge portfolio.

Okavango move opens a new chapter

Daunara Safari Camp is located in the NG32 concession in Botswana’s Okavango Delta and will now operate under Dulini’s full management. The company said its role will cover guest experience, day-to-day operations and overall brand direction.

The expansion is a significant step for Dulini, which has built its reputation on small-scale lodges, personalised service and a close connection to the surrounding wilderness. By adding Daunara, the brand is bringing that model into the Delta for the first time.

“Our vision has always been to create meaningful safari experiences that not only immerse guests in the wild but also actively support conservation and surrounding communities,” the Dulini team said. “Expanding into the Okavango Delta allows us to continue this work in one of Africa’s most remarkable ecosystems.”

Small-scale camp aligns with Dulini model

Daunara has four suites, giving it the kind of low-density setup that fits Dulini’s existing approach to safari hospitality. The company said the camp will be enhanced while building on its established position in a wildlife-rich concession.

The addition strengthens Dulini’s cross-border portfolio, which already includes properties in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve in South Africa and the Lower Zambezi National Park in Zambia. It also points to further development under the new Dulini Botswana banner.
