Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS) and Narok County Council have revised entrance fees for the Masai Mara National Reserve, as well as all KWS-managed parks, reserves, sanctuaries, and marine reserves.
This adjustment aims to enhance the effective preservation of these natural areas for the enjoyment of future generations.
The Masai Mara park fee structure has moved from a 24 hour to 12 hour charging with park authorities already transitioned. Starting from the day of departure, if guests are not at the airstrip awaiting their scheduled flight or have not exited the park gate (for those driving) by 10:00 AM, extra day’s park fees will be applied. This means that for late departures or guests with afternoon flights, additional day’s park fees will be incurred.
The Masai Mara adjusted seasonal fee structure, Per Day in US$, now sits at USD$100 Per Adult and USD$60 Per Child (3-17years) for the dates 01/01/2024 – 30/06/2024 and USD$200 Per Adult and USD$120 Per Child (3-17years) for the dates 01/07/2024 – 31/12/2024.
