Ingrid’s roots trace back to the vibrant landscapes of Brazil, where her innate bond with the natural world flourished from her earliest years. The tapestry of her life wove together in Brazil on a tropical island, where she and her husband nurtured three beautiful daughters. Their life journey took an unforgettable turn with a three-year sailing odyssey, spanning from Argentina to Spain. Amidst the waves and winds, they uncovered profound insights into nature-centric living, sustainable healthcare, and holistic healing systems.

This transformative voyage kindled a shared passion within Ingrid and her youngest daughter, Cecilia. A vision emerged, and together, they breathed life into “Alonga – Health & Well-being.” With Ingrid as a certified Ayurveda therapist and Yoga instructor, and Cecilia as a certified integrative nutrition coach, yoga instructor, and Ayurvedic therapist, their synergistic expertise forms a radiant constellation.

Today, Ingrid and Cecilia stand ready to share the sacred tenets of Ayurveda – a timeless philosophy that imparts tools for understanding one’s unique self and the ebbs and flows of inner balance.
